PMG Merchant Consulting LLC, doing business as WholePay (“WholePay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through getwholepay.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
WholePay is a payment consulting and merchant services agency. We help businesses obtain payment processing services through third-party payment processors, banks, and merchant service providers. We do not process card payments ourselves, and we do not collect or store cardholder data through this Site.

Information you give us directly. When you fill out a contact or lead form, request a statement review, book a call, or message us through the chat widget, we collect what you provide. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any details you share about your business or processing needs.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. This includes your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring website, and general location (city or region level). See our Cookies Policy for details.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising platforms, analytics providers, or business partners, such as confirmation that you clicked one of our ads.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The Site is intended for business audiences.

Email. If you submit a form on the Site, we may send you follow-up emails about your inquiry and, where permitted, marketing emails about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. For Canadian residents, we send commercial electronic messages only in accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), based on express or implied consent, and every message includes an unsubscribe mechanism.

Your SMS opt-in and consent data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:
Service providers. We use third-party vendors to operate the Site and our business, including website hosting, customer relationship management, email and SMS delivery, scheduling, chat, and analytics platforms. These vendors process your information on our behalf and under our instructions.
Payment processing partners. If you ask us to help you obtain merchant services, we share the information needed to make that referral with the relevant processor, bank, or merchant service provider. From that point, their own agreements and privacy policies govern their handling of your information.
Advertising and analytics partners. We use tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. These tools collect information about your activity on the Site and may combine it with information from other sites. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, this is considered “sharing” personal information or “targeted advertising.” You can opt out as described in Section 8.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WholePay, our clients, or others.
Business transfers. If WholePay is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Lead and client records are typically retained for the duration of our relationship plus any period required by law.

Canada. If you are in Canada, you have the right under PIPEDA to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and withdraw consent to our use of your information, subject to legal and contractual restrictions. We are based in the United States and process information on servers located in the United States. If you access the Site from Canada or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
The Site may link to third-party websites, including the websites of payment processors and merchant service providers. This policy does not apply to those sites. Review their privacy policies before providing information.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email where appropriate.
