Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: June 10, 2026

WholePay is committed to making getwholepay.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe every business owner deserves equal access to the information and services we provide.

Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.

What We Do

Our ongoing accessibility efforts include:

  • Designing pages with sufficient color contrast and readable typography
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Supporting keyboard navigation throughout the Site
  • Using clear headings and consistent page structure
  • Labeling form fields so they work with screen readers
  • Reviewing the Site periodically as content and features change

Known Limitations

Some content on the Site is provided through third-party platforms, such as embedded scheduling calendars, forms, and chat widgets. We do not fully control the accessibility of these third-party tools, but we choose vendors with accessibility in mind and pass along feedback when issues are found.

Feedback and Assistance

We want to hear from you. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Site, or if you need information from the Site in an alternative format, contact us:

Email: info@getwholepay.com
Subject line: Accessibility

Please describe the issue and the page where you found it. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will make reasonable efforts to address barriers promptly.

Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. As we add content and features to the Site, we will continue working toward our conformance goals and updating this statement as our efforts evolve.
