These SMS Terms govern the text messaging program operated by PMG Merchant Consulting LLC, doing business as WholePay (“WholePay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
When you opt in to WholePay text messages, you will receive messages related to your inquiry, appointment reminders, follow-ups about our payment consulting services, and occasional updates or offers from WholePay.
You opt in by submitting a form on getwholepay.com where you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box, by texting a keyword to our number, or by otherwise giving us express written consent to text you.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your interaction with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier according to your plan.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. Your SMS opt-in and consent data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. and Canadian carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside our control.
You must be 18 or older and the account holder (or have the account holder’s permission) for the mobile number you provide. You agree to notify us if you change or deactivate your mobile number, so we do not send messages to a number that no longer belongs to you.
We may suspend or end the messaging program, or update these SMS Terms, at any time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
